I am not an Arizona native even though I have lived here for over 30 years (three in Tucson and twenty nine here in Phoenix). I am a displaced midwesterner having grown up outside of Chicago in Rockford, IL. I went to the University of Illinois in Champaign and the College of Dentistry in Chicago, graduating in 1984. Living in the big city was quite an experience but chose to come here where my grandparents lived for many years.
I am often asked if my team members are part of my family and I always say yes. We truly enjoy being together every day, not just working together! Come in and see for yourself. Jolynn has also been with Lernor Family Dental since 2003. An expanded function Certified Dental Assistant is a long title for a very talented and caring individual who cares for you as a member of the family. She is a firm believer in providing exceptional care to you, our valued patients.
Jolynn can be seen driving her red ’68 Mustang around town every once in awhile and loves NHL hockey. Originally from Nebraska, Jolynn is also an enthusiastic Cornhusker fan-“Go Big Red”!!! She has lived in the valley for 20 years now with her husband Todd and their dog, Missy.

With Lernor Family Dental since 2003, Jennifer has been the friendly face and voice that greets you when first arriving at our office. In the dental industry since 1995, Jennifer is an expert at appointment scheduling and helping you with financial arrangements. She is also your advocate in the constantly changing world of insurance. She enjoys a challenge and is always happy to help patients understand their benefits and works hard to maximize those benefits.
In her free time Jennifer loves working in her yard, cooking and traveling. She and her husband Joe also enjoy hanging out at home playing old school, classic games like Scrabble and Yahtzee with their dog Cosmo and cat Walter Peyton Manning. As you may be able to guess she is an avid NFL fan. Born and raised a Hoosier, she remains an Indianapolis Colts fan.

Registered Dental Hygienist
Jenney calls Bozeman, Montana her hometown; however, in 2009 she decided her future wasn’t going to include snowy winters anymore so she moved to sunny Phoenix. She comes from a family of three siblings (she is the middle kid). To Jenney, family is very important which is why you will enjoy spending time with her…she makes you feel like part of the Lernor Family Dental family.
In her spare time, don’t be surprised to find her on the hiking trails around Phoenix. She also likes to participate in yoga and boxing, but her touch when having your dental cleaning completed is gentle and comfortable. She and her husband Jack are parents to their adorable son, Jameson. They also have a dog, Murphy.

Still 5⭐ after all these years. Been with Dr Lernor for since 1998. I moved to Surprise, AZ in 2018 and will continue to drive 35 miles to see him and his staff. They are friendly, professional and I feel that my dental care is 100%. The hygienist is very gentle and the cleaning is painless. I could try and find a dentist closer to home, but why risk changing when I have a relationship that I can trust to do the right thing for me.
